NYVO Investment Advisors (“NYVO”, “we”, “our”, “us”) — part of NYVO Technology Private Limited — respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you access nyvo.money, its sub-domains, APIs, mobile apps, or any investment advisory or digital services we provide (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
By using the Platform you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, and clients of the Platform, and to anyone whose information is shared with NYVO in the course of providing our Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide to us (name, phone, email, address, KYC and financial details, documents, support communication), information collected automatically when you use the Platform (device details, IP address, browser type, usage analytics, cookies, logs), and information we receive from authorised third parties (service partners, regulators, KYC providers).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver and improve the Services, fulfil contractual and regulatory obligations, process payments, run analytics and audits, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and — with your consent — send you marketing communications.
4. Legal Basis
We process personal data on one or more of the following bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, and our legitimate business interests.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with authorised service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors, KYC partners), regulatory authorities (including SEBI) where required by law, and entities involved in a potential merger, acquisition, or restructuring. All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
6. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on encrypted servers within India or on trusted cloud regions. We retain it only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Data Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, multi-factor authentication, regular monitoring, and vulnerability testing. No system is entirely immune to breach; please follow good security practices on your end too.
8. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication, personalisation, analytics, and marketing. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, withdrawal of consent, deletion (where legally permitted), restriction of processing, or data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.
10. Children
The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
11. Communications
By using the Services you consent to receive transactional and service messages from us via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to third-party sites or integrate with third-party tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.
13. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
