About insurance
Insurance is the only part of a financial plan that exists in the hope it never pays out. That is precisely why it gets bought badly – in March for the tax relief, or bundled into an investment where neither half does its job properly.
For an investor there are really two questions: how much term life cover replaces your income and clears your liabilities, and how much health cover holds up against Indian medical inflation. These guides cover both. Insurance products themselves are arranged by NYVO Insurance Services LLP, an IRDAI-registered corporate agent – NYVO Investment Advisor does not distribute insurance.
